Designed a responsive digital experience for Boston Chiropractic to increase patient acquisition, simplify appointment booking, and strengthen trust through a modern, accessible online presence. The challenge was to balance clinical credibility with a welcoming, human-centered experience that made healthcare information easy to understand and navigate. I led the UX/UI design, brand direction, content strategy, and conversion optimization, creating intuitive user flows, responsive layouts, and a cohesive visual system across web and social media. Every touchpoint was designed to reduce friction, improve accessibility, and guide patients from discovery to booking with confidence. The final experience established a consistent digital ecosystem that elevated the clinic's brand, improved user engagement, and created a scalable foundation for patient education, local visibility, and long-term growth.
